Return policy

Thank you for shopping with FeatherReport and supporting my small business. If you receive a defective or incorrect item from me, I will accept a return or exchange within reason.

Returns Eligibility :

For non-defective items, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged. 

  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.

  • The product is in new and unused condition.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return :


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and a detailed description of the reason for the return.

  • I would only be able to provide a shipping label for items that are found to be damaged or defective. In case of a non-defective item return, the buyer would be responsible for paying and shipping the product back to me. Defective products would not be charged any restocking fee, but for non-defective items, a small restocking fee of 15% would be charged.

Return Shipping :

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the wrong item shipped or a defective product). Please use a trackable shipping method such as to ensure the safe return of the product. Please ship the product back to me within 7 business days. 

Refund Process :

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, I will process your refund. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Refund Methods :

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
