Return policy

Thank you for shopping with FeatherReport and supporting my small business. If you receive a defective or incorrect item from me, I will accept a return or exchange within reason.

Returns Eligibility :

For non-defective items, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged.

The product must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
The product is in new and unused condition.
The product was purchased directly from FeatherReport.us
The return request is initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return :

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and a detailed description of the reason for the return.
I would only be able to provide a shipping label for items that are found to be damaged or defective. In case of a non-defective item return, the buyer would be responsible for paying and shipping the product back to me. Defective products would not be charged any restocking fee, but for non-defective items, a small restocking fee of 15% would be charged.

Return Shipping :

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the wrong item shipped or a defective product). Please use a trackable shipping method such as USPS.com to ensure the safe return of the product. Please ship the product back to me within 7 business days.

Refund Process :

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, I will process your refund. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Refund Methods :

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
