During Busy / Peak times such as Spring / Summer here in America Please allow 2-3 business days for me to dye your order and package it properly. Sometimes on smaller orders I have items in stock and available and can ship same or next day, however larger bulk orders especially those traveling internationally I need a few days to dye and complete these before they will ship out. After the items have shipped out it takes about 4 - 6 days on average for domestic USA shipments and on average to *most* international countries about 10 business days to a full month. (I know this sucks).

How are the packages shipped?

-First Class Parcels / Packages are shipped with a 6x9 clasp yellow envelope with proper bubble cushioning around the inner contents.

-Priority Mail Packages will ship in the Priority Mail USPS Flat Rate envelope with proper bubble cushioning around the inner contents.

-UPS Express Packages will ship in the UPS Flat Rate Mailing Envelope with proper bubble cushioning around the inner contents.

Will you have taxes or duties on my shipments?
- You could and you very well may. I will not lie on this customs value and the full amount of the merchandise must be declared on the outside package. This is to guarantee arrival. I cannot insure a package without declaring the contents inside. It is also unlawful for you to ask me to do so.
By purchasing from me you are agreeing to pay your import duties and taxes should you receive them. Failure to pay these duties that results in an unsuccessful shipment and where the package travels back to me (sender), I will issue a refund on the merchandise contents only *not* on the shipping and insurance charges. You will have to pay Duties if you live outside of America. I cannot insure the package if I do not declare the amount.  - ALL International shipments have a $2.70 insurance up to $200 price on them. Why? Because 50% of my shipments sent internationally are very slow with covid-19. Some countries mandate quarantines on importing goods. There is NOTHING any of us in any country can do to speed that up!

How long will it take for you to process the order for shipment?

Please allow 2-3 full business days for me to process the order. Your order will ship within 3-4 business days of receiving cleared PayPal payment. Please note the shipping time varies by destination.

How long does shipping take from the time the order ships
*** with covid it is taking MUCH longer *** at least 2-5 extra days for first class, an extra day for priority & priority express and international shipments may be held at countries borders for quarantines for a week-30 days! Please keep this in mind.

International mail shipped using first class USPS.com services generally takes 1-3 full weeks.
Domestic first class mail shipped within the USA takes on average 2-7 business days.
Priority mail within the USA takes 2-3 business days.
International Priority Mail takes 6-10 business days
International Priority Mail Express takes 3-5 business days.

***currently ALL domestic and international shipments over $50 require me to send with insurance. if you are in America, I am paying that fee. If you live outside of America, I have added on $2.70 to the real time calculated USPS rates which covers up to $200 insurance. With that cost - your taxes for importing goods is additional. 

Right now isn't a good time for shipping internationally. I will do so for previous customers as much as I am able to but the increased shipping costs are for insurance as many international shipments get stuck. I won't send without insurance.
