For your consideration superfine/microbarb very thin hair or craft feathers These are real rooster Feathers. I have hand dyed the Feathers with a few natural grizzly 100 8-12” range a few longer These are VERY thin 1-2mm feathers. 
 
These are very thin Rooster Hackle super skinny Feather hair extensions or earring Feathers their intended use is actually fly fishing :-)
