Returns & Exchanges

I stand by my products 100% - if you ever need to return a product, please do NOT remove it from the packaging. If you are returning a product I ask that you please email me within 24-48 hours of receiving the product - make the necessary arrangements with me before shipping it back to me.  I CANNOT accept returns on opened, used or picked through merchandise.

From there the package needs to be sent back to me in a timely fashion - I know everyone does not live by a post office so say one week the product must be sent off for return. (ie you cannot send a product back after a month of holding onto it) - Please note due to the nature of feathers being put in hair - I cannot accept returns on opened or used products. It IS okay to open and look at them, but it is NOT okay to handle them or use styling tools on them if sending them back.

I am easy going and love what I sell and care about customer satisfaction more than anything. If ever a problem just email me and I will work together with you to ensure you are satisfied.
